Welcome To
Sweat City!

When you come to Sweat City for the first time, you will be greeted by one of the clubs owners Nicole or Evan. We will give you a tour of the facility and let you know how our workout works.

Once you’re ready, we will help wrap your hands, get you into a heart rate monitor (optional), and go over a quick tutorial on basic boxing stance and technique.

Jump in as soon as you are ready!

12, 3-minute stations, 1-minute rest

We have 12 stations that are 3 minutes each with a 1 minute rest between each station,

This means that you can jump into a workout at any 3 minute interval. Our members love the flexibility of coming in any time of the morning or night that suits them – and you will too.

You can burn up to 450 to 700 calories in a Sweat City workout, so be prepared to SWEAT (that’s where the towel and drink bottle come in handy!)

Our workouts are fast, fun and highly varied so you’ll be targeting multiple muscle groups while staying engaged and motivated.

Friendly

Don’t have time to get a dog sitter while going to the gym? No Problem!

We love dogs, and welcome your fur-babies in our gym while you work out.
They’ll have a place, out of the way from your workout, to curl up with water, toys, and the occasional treat (if it’s ok with you).
