Gym
Layout
Our gym has a large circuit space containing 12 exercise blocks. Each block is 3 minutes, with a 1 minute break between.
Blocks 1-3 get your heart rate up with some cardio and light strength building. Blocks 4 and 5 get you punching and kicking! After a round of pads with one of us, you’ll do some abb work on block 6. Block 7 is some hard core strength building. Block 8 and 9, back to heavy bags. Work on your accuracy on block 10 with a speed bag. Finish your workout with some more abs on block 11!
We also have a space in the back with open equipment for you to use whenever you like.
