What’s in the gym?

We are more than just a gym, we are a neighbourhood gym. Exercising with us will be tough but a lot of fun, you will always feel welcome when you walk through our doors into your new home gym. Always greeted with a smile and ready to help you reach your goals. We offer vast options of functional fitness regimes, proper technique, nutritional guides and accountability. Come on in and check us out, you will be happy you did!

Who Are We

Our gym has a large circuit space containing 12 exercise blocks. Each block is 3 minutes, with a 1 minute break between.

Blocks 1-3 get your heart rate up with some cardio and light strength building.

Blocks 4 and 5 get you punching and kicking! After a round of pads with one of us, you’ll do some core work on block 6.

Block 7 is some hard core strength training @ the Warrior station.

Block 8 and 9, back to heavy bags.

Work on your accuracy on block 10 with a speed bag.

Finish your workout with some more core work on block 11!

We also have a space in the back with open equipment for you to use whenever you like.
